I really appreciated the manager fitting me into the schedule for a seasonal tire swap Without having an appointment on a Saturday Thanks again!

I came in for a tire rotation and wanted the balance checked on one tire. While I was waiting, I was informed that links for the front sway bar needed to be replaced along with an alignment. I didn’t want to have that done at this time. When I was told that my car was ready, I was informed that there was a charge for an oil change. I replied that I never asked for an oil change. The service desk man looked into this and replied that I was correct and that I was getting the oil change for free. How can I trust Conrad’s about what my car needs when you can’t even get my service appointment correct?

These guys rock…only 2 mechanics on duty, very very busy and yet they had my tire taken care of in 2.5 hours and it cost me only $33. Keep it up crew you’re doing a great job! Grandma very happy that’s why I go here and recommend them to everyone.

Everything went extremely well. We had a major front end breakdown on 480 and were towed to the Conrad's Parma. They were very accommodating to our situation and corrected the issue promptly. Thanks

This is a mixed review. Overall, I am happy with the tires, as they handle good. However, I am not happy with the amount of sealant that was left all over my rims. Be more careful next time. Also, I was supposed to get an alignment, bit was not able to. When I asked, the person checking me out was not sure why. The other person advised that there was notes that a ball joint had a lot of play in it. So..... Why didn't you give me a quote to get it fixed and be able to fix it since my car was already there. Disappointed to say the least.
